Tone curve

Represents the density of an image and can be used to adjust it. In EPSON TWAIN, the text brightness (input value) is represented by the X-axis and its reproduced brightness (output value) is represented by the Y-axis. The main areas of the output are the highlight, midtone, and shadow. If density correction is not implemented, the tone curve remains linear.
